Unfortunately I had to create this space to denounce people that have copied my graphics and I'm so sad about it. They're called copycats. I don't mean to be rude, I wrote all the Terms of Usage and they are very clear, so this page shouldn't exist. I hope this list doesn't get bigger, oh well... >_<

Webpage containing plagiarized material: she used my drawings in her website (Evelyn's Place) and in ALL free templates she's distributing.

Discussion of copyright infringement: Evelyn Regly is been using the top of my website (yes, the one above with butterflies and dotted lines). She used it to compose her layout, changing its colors to blue. Not enough, she makes free templates full of stolen pixels and drawings and she used my butterflies again, this time she didn't change even the colors! Evelyn Regly is a copycat, because she can't make her own drawings, she needs to steal from everywhere and she's so ironic writing "no copycats!!!" BLAH! She broke my rules stealing my pixels that are not supposed to be adopted, changing the colors, using them to compose her layout AND redistributing! Well, I guess there's a big trouble in here and I'm ASHAMED to belong to the same country that she lives in! >_<

Status: After a long discussion, she realized it would be very sad if someone used her templates removing all the credits, so she felt the way I did and decided to substitute my pixels on her main website and all the 21 templates (still waiting for the templates to be done).

Plagiarist's first name: Jennifer
Webpage containing plagiarized material: she runs a zine named RAINBOW SPRINKLES and under the issue 44, she used my graphics (according to her numbers, she sent out to 4,319 members). That zine is found under "Typo Zine and Website Directory". The webmaster is awared about the occured and didn't want to cooperate, helping copycat crimes and giving a bad example to not be followed.

Discussion of copyright infringement: behind a simple zine, stolen graphics from my site were found. She used screen captures of my main page to add on her issue layout and said "I made these, so please link me if you use one". Not enough, she used my divers from the Aquarium and cropped them to use as an icon for Live Journal! She disrespected my work, she didn't give me any credit, she redistributed MY CREATIONS, she broke my rules! Jennifer, why don't you create your own things?? >_<

Status: Jennifer said she sent an apologize/correction email to all her members on Feb/01/2004, but this info is not confirmed by all of them.

Unfortunately individuals who didn't follow my terms of usage will be archived here forever... If you have removed the stolen pixels from your site, I applaud you and unfortunately I am left no choice but to leave your site forever listed in the Wall of Shame. You may have deceived your visitors into believing that the pixels within your site were made by you, but obviously, this is not true. By keeping your name and site listed, the truth will be spread to all who have been fooled into believing that you drew MY pixels. Think twice before doing something wrong...
